Premier Flag Football League is the Official NFL Flag partner for co-ed, youth flag football in the Bradenton-Sarasota area.

General League Format and Info:

Spring 2026 Season Dates: 

March 27 (Friday)
April 2 and 9 (Thursdays)
April 24 (Friday)
May 1 (Friday)
May 7 (Thursday)
May 15 (Friday - Play-offs/Championships)


Location: Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch.

- 6 v 6 format. Everyone on the team will play. No tryouts.

 - Grade based Divisions based on Player's Grade for the 2025-26 School Year.

- Mandatory practices are an hour before the game - Friday Nights.

- Rule book posted under Rules and Info tab.

- 7 games plus playoff/bowl games - total 8 games per season.

- Champions and Runners-Up for each Division will be awarded a medal.

- Each player will receive an official NFL team reversible jersey and black shorts.

- All coaches are volunteer parents.

- Request to play with a Friend and/or your favorite Coach (not guaranteed).
